It appears there is radio station from Colombia called Sol y Labranza Estéreo 96.6 FM being relayed on UHF SATCOM around 269.640 MHz. The station is broadcasting from Socotá and sounded like they are in a testing phase. Here is some audio where the host spoke with listener who confirms the signal “escucha bien”. They also mentioned rebroadcasting the Holy Mass (“Santa Misa”) at 6:00 PM, suggesting it’s a religious station.

The radio station has a Facebook page with some videos of their setup. The person’s voice and broadcast style completely match 🙂
